When Politics Wins and Talent Loses!

Politics is everywhere — in workplaces, schools, institutions, and communities. Over time, we’ve accepted it as something normal, even as a way to get ahead. But this mindset quietly harms those who deserve better — the truly talented and hardworking people who are often ignored.

Many gifted individuals, especially those from ordinary backgrounds, face invisible barriers. No matter how capable they are, they struggle to be seen or heard because someone with influence or money always takes the front seat.

Yes, money has its value. But it cannot replace honesty, skill, and hard work. When politics and privilege become the easiest route to success, we lose sight of what truly builds strong teams, fair organizations, and a better society.

It’s time to bring back respect for merit- creating spaces where people are valued for what they can do, not for who they know. Real growth begins when we treat everyone fairly and give chances based on talent, not power.

Because when we choose fairness over politics, we don’t just uplift people — we uplift progress itself.
