๐ปNRIs Who Need to Think Beyond the Comfort Zone! ๐
Over the years, a growing number
of Indians have moved abroad to build careers and secure better lives. For
some, it’s a conscious choice driven by ambition; for others, it’s a necessity
born out of limited opportunities back home. Either way, one thing is
certain—relocating to a new country comes with inevitable discomfort.
Different work cultures, social
norms, and lifestyles can feel restrictive compared to what many experience in
India. Back home, people often enjoy a certain degree of flexibility—sometimes
even leniency—in how rules are followed or interpreted. But when individuals
accustomed to that level of “freedom” move abroad, they can struggle with the
structure and discipline that other societies demand.
It’s not about right or
wrong—it’s about perspective. Growth doesn’t happen when we cling to familiar
habits; it happens when we learn, adapt, and evolve with our environment.
Complaining about a system that works differently doesn’t help—it only limits personal
development.
